A Proclamation of the Crown
Hear ye, hear ye! Let it be known throughout the realm and beyond, that this day, in the grace of the throne and under the watch of the heavens above, We do issue this royal proclamation to all nobles, knights, merchants, and subjects of every station.
Let it be understood that the Crown, in its boundless wisdom and enduring grace, does hereby declare the following ordinances to be inscribed upon the scrolls of the kingdom for all time. These decrees shall be upheld from the towering peaks of the northern mountains to the gentle shores of the southern seas, and from the eastern forests unto the western valleys.
We command that peace be kept among all peoples, that justice be administered without partiality, and that the weak find shelter beneath the protection of the law. Let merchants trade in good faith, let farmers till the soil in abundance, and let scholars seek truth with humility. For a kingdom divided against itself cannot stand, but a realm united in purpose shall flourish through the ages.
Furthermore, let it be made known that on this day, the throne does reaffirm its sacred oath to guard the realm against all perils, both seen and unseen. The royal standard shall fly high, and the hearts of the people shall beat as one under the banner of unity and strength.
